Power

The tail unit requires 3 AA alkaline batteries.

The remote control uses a CR2025 coin cell battery.

For best performance, use fresh alkaline batteries. Do not use carbon-zinc batteries.

Important Use & Care

If the tail arrives slightly bent, the internal support wire can be gently reshaped. Straighten and shape it gradually. Do not make sharp or excessive bends, as this may damage the internal wire.

Keep all electronic components dry. Do not wash, soak or machine-wash the tail.

For light surface dirt, gently wipe the fur with a slightly damp cloth. If needed, use cool air to dry it.

The fur may look slightly flattened after shipping. Gently comb or shake the fur to restore its shape and volume.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat or moisture.

Troubleshooting

If the tail does not move:

• Check that the batteries are fresh and installed correctly.
• Make sure the main power switch is turned on.
• Check whether the remote battery isolation tab needs to be removed.
• Make sure the remote battery is installed correctly.
• Aim the remote toward the control unit rather than the end of the tail.
• Avoid sharply bending the internal support wire.
